The Role

- As the plant operations manager you will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production to manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

- Will plan, organise, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations.

- Develop continuous improvement strategies to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.

- Budgeting

- Oversee maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operations

- Quality and safety

KEY SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management or a related field
  • Significant proven work experience as a plant manager or similar managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
