Alecto Recruitment are partnering with an established company within the Anaerobic Digestion sector who are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team in Worcestershire.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate responses to breakdowns, create maintenance plans and oversee spare parts ordering.
- Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety policies.
- Supervise equipment repairs, refurbishments, and new installations/fabrication projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Support ongoing projects and assist the operations team as required.
- Ensure all staff and contractors comply with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for new team members.
- Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safe work systems and risk assessments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation within the workplace.
- Experience in creating PPM plans.
- Previous experience within a management role.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to converse at all levels of management and maintenance teams.
- Be able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to motivate self and others.
