Job Title: Customer Export Representative

Location: Dronfield

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible hours

Salary: Up to £29K

The Customer Export Representative will be responsible for managing shipping and export processes for a global customer base. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, ensuring efficient export administration, and complying with company standards. This position requires close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and aims to improve overall export efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Customer Export Representative:

• Process global shipments and prepare export documentation.
• Book and coordinate with Freight Forwarders.
• Ensure export compliance by tracking and storing export declarations and Air Waybills (AWBs).
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Respond promptly to export and invoice queries.
• Provide backup support for team members, including order entry and confirmations.
• Manage contract reviews for compliance with company terms, conditions, and DLA processes.
• Enter and interpret data in internal databases, SAP ERP, and CRM tools.
• Support international offices, representatives, and distributors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills of Customer Export Representative:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
• Previous experience with SAP Business Systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with export procedures and documentation.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft products.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and assertiveness skills.
• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
