Role Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance on process and packaging machinery.
- Breakdown Repairs: Investigate and resolve breakdowns, conducting thorough fault finding.
- Team Collaboration: Work within a team to achieve engineering objectives and enhance plant performance.
- Planned Maintenance: Complete and improve planned maintenance tasks (PPM).
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in activities aimed at continuous improvements and knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Skills and Experience Required:
- Electrical Bias: Multi-skilled with a strong electrical background.
- Apprentice Trained: Qualified to ONC/HNC level or higher.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Proficient in Mechanical Fitting, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
