Foundry Operatives - Tipton
Our client based in Tipton specialise in Iron Casting due to an increase in orders they would like to take on two staff for Monday !!!!
Due to the nature of the work our client are looking for experienced Foundry Operatives
Duties:
1. Prepare sand moulds by placing patterns or cores into moulding boxes
2. Fill moulding boxes with sand and compact it using hand tools or power tools
3. Remove patterns or cores from the sand moulds
4. Inspect moulds for defects and repair any imperfections
5. Set up and operate equipment such as shakeout machines, sand mixers, and mould-making machines
6. Pour molten metal into the moulds and remove finished castings
7. Clean and maintain equipment and work area
Hours:
Flexible Day Shifts:
05.00 am - 1.00 pm Monday to Friday
04.00 am - 12.30 pm Monday to Friday
10.00 am - 18.30 pm Monday to Friday
Duration
Permanent after trial period
