Willo Education are working with a lovely nursery in the Dudley area who are looking for a strong, experienced, and committed nursery deputy manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The nursery is looking for someone who not only has experience as a deputy manager but someone who is ready to take on their next challenge and bring a new vision to the nursery. Having a positive can-do attitude is vital within a nursery setting and being able to encourage creativity with not only the children but also the team. The position will be full time and you must be available 5 days a week.
The nursery is situated in the DY2 area, has free onsite parking. The nursery have a warm and welcoming team who are excited to welcome a new Deputy manager with an open mind and heart.
To Be considered for this role you must have:
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS on the update service (we can apply for a new one if required)
- Have nursery management experience.
- Have a minimum level 3 in childcare or above.
- Be able to provide x2 sufficient references.
