The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, ensuring outstanding service and maximising commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, driving revenue, and managing project execution in collaboration with internal teams.
This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker, with a strong background in account management within the retail shop fitting, construction, or manufacturing sector.
What will you be doing?
- Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expand existing business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to maximise profitability while delivering value to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, manufacturing, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate high-priority concerns when necessary.
- Regularly liaise with the Head of Client Operations to align business and customer objectives.

- Proven experience in Account Management within retail shop fitting, construction, manufacturing, or a related sector.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills and a track record of revenue growth.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and reporting.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
