Job Opportunity: Construction Project Manager - 20m New Build Project, Dudley

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager ready to lead a 20m new build project in Dudley? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join one of the UK's leading Tier 1 main contractors, renowned for delivering high-quality construction projects ranging from 10m to 100m in value.

The Role:

As the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of a 20m new build construction project in Dudley. From inception through to completion, you'll manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor that prides itself on excellence and innovation in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the construction project from start to finish.
  • Oversee all site operations, including managing subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers.
  • Ensure the project is delivered to the agreed programme, quality, and budget.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage and mitigate any project risks, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on similar-sized new build construction projects (10m+).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and building regulations.
  • Experience with managing Tier 1 construction projects.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
