Your new role
- Teach English to small groups of students.
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the needs of each student.
- Provide pastoral support, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with challenging behaviour.
- Strong pastoral skills and a commitment to student well-being.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students.
