We are now looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team and play a vital role in supporting our service operations.

Role Overview:
As the Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of the service department. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of repairs, maintenance, and customer service, while managing a team of skilled technicians. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure the team delivers high-quality service and meets customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department.
  • Supervise and support a team of technicians, ensuring effective use of time and resources.
  • Schedule and prioritize service jobs to meet customer needs and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor service quality, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Liaise with customers to resolve service-related issues and provide updates on job progress.

  • Help with the ordering of parts and managing inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:
