Job Title: Laser Operator
Location: Dudley
Pay Rates: 13 per hour
Shift Patterns: Rotating double days with an early finish on a Friday
Do you have experience with a Flat Bed Laser? We are looking for an experienced Laser Setter to work with one of our clients based in the heart of West Bromwich. This position is a long-term opportunity on a permanent day shift with an early finish on a Friday!
Our client is well known for manufacturing high-quality metal components within the Sheet Metal Industry.
Responsibilities:
Setting and operating a laser cutting machine.
Reading drawings.
Changing tools.
Liaising with the production manager.
Using measuring tools where required.
Quality checking work.
Making necessary adjustments to the machine.
Liaising with maintenance.
Loading and unloading the machine.
Assisting in other areas where required.
Qualification/experience:
Must have experience setting and operating a laser.
Permanently employed directly by the business after 12 weeks of working through Oliver Rae.
