Join Our Team as a Data Input Clerk!

Are you detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy? Do you thrive in a bustling environment where your skills can shine? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client, a leader in the engineering industry, is seeking a dedicated Data Input Clerk to join their dynamic team.

What You'll Do:
Matching and Batching: Efficiently match and batch Purchase Order documents (Pods) to ensure smooth processing.
Invoice Input: Accurately input invoices and verify that all information is correct to maintain financial integrity.
Query Resolution: Handle queries via email and telephone with professionalism and clarity, ensuring timely resolutions.
Liaising with Management: Collaborate with management on various issues, providing support and insights as needed.
Telephone Communication: Answer incoming calls with a friendly demeanour, assisting callers promptly.

Once you're fully trained in these essential tasks, there will be opportunities to expand your skill set with additional responsibilities!

What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to resolve queries effectively and efficiently.
A proactive attitude towards learning new tasks and responsibilities.
Experience in data input or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:
Full-time: 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
Part-time: Open to flexible hours, such as 9 AM to 3 PM.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate starting from 12.21, negotiable based on experience.
