As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer your duties will include:

  • Reactive and planned maintenance of all electrical and mechanical equipment on site including services, distribution, plant machinery and miscellaneous equipment.
  • Electrical installation work when required for new plant, machinery, equipment, and services
  • Fault-finding, diagnosis and repair of faults that occur in the building services, plant, machinery, and other equipment.

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will:

  • Be experienced in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Have worked in a manufacturing/production environment, maintaining production machinery.
  • Have experience of electrical installation work (single and 3ph)
  • Possess good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Have experience working with and fault finding on PLC's and HMI's.
  • Be apprentice trained (holding NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent).
