What You'll Do:As a vital member of our client's team, you will:Collaborate with the team to develop and rework compounds.Collect raw materials from the warehouse and shop floor.Weigh raw material ingredients accurately according to precise recipes.Mix materials to produce lab batches.Prepare test samples and conduct tests to specifications.Create and communicate detailed reports of results to the technical department.

In addition, you'll have the opportunity to work with the Quality Control department, covering the test lab during absences. Your responsibilities will include:Testing production compound properties.Reporting results and passing off batches that meet specifications.Identifying and reporting any out-of-specification results or rejects.Collaborating closely with the laboratory supervisor and other departments to troubleshoot issues during production runs.

Who We're Looking For:This role is perfect for someone who is:Recently finished college or someone keen to get hands-on experience in a lab environment.Eager to learn and support in both the lab and the factory.Comfortable with manual handling and not afraid to get their hands dirty.Possessing a solid understanding of science and math, as calculations will be part of your daily tasks.
