Job Title: Architect

Salary: £34,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and RIBA charted practice who provide expert design services to high scale residential projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an ambitious and talented Architect to join their team in their Portishead offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to have good post RIBA part 3 qualification experience working within the residential sector. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and need excellent residential layout design and architectural skills. The individual will need to be able to boast design flare and be able to demonstrate their strong technical drawing and detailing skills.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
- Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
- Good post qualification experience within a UK practice
- Strong residential layout design and architectural skills
- Experience working on residential projects
- Interest in urban design and architecture
- Good knowledge of legislations and ensure projects comply with CDM regulations
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Live within a commutable distance to Portishead
