Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for our Local Authority client.

The Responsibilities of the Business Analyst will be;

  • Adult Social Care Transformation Project: Working on the ASC Transformation Programme to seek and deliver outcomes around Community, Prevention and Digitalisation
  • Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager and subject matter experts to deliver impactful project outcomes
  • Analyse & Innovate: Dive deep into business processes, identify pain points, and design streamlined 'to be' solutions
  • Communicate Your Vision: Share insights and recommendations with the project team, stakeholders, and service areas
  • Own Your Role: Take initiative while thriving as a key team player
  • Shape the Future: Help develop robust business cases by evaluating and refining solutions.

The Ideal candidate for the Business Analyst will have;

  • Extensive experience in Adult Social Care Transformation projects
  • Experience in Local Government or Public Sector background
  • Experience of developing new and existing processes, ideally in a local authority context
  • High level of assistance and communication skills
  • Requirements elicitation and development experience.
