Robert Half are currently working with a business based in North Somerset (Near M5 corridor) who are looking for an individual to join initially on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months, to then become a permanent member of the team. This position will be working as a Property Administrator.

Role: Property Administrator
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)
Duration: 3 months - To the become a permanent member of the team
Start date: ASAP/Beginning of February
Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hour working week.Great hybrid options of 1 x day a week in the office, 4 days WFH
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting on-boarding of properties - Correct details
- Identifying information gaps
- Appropriate lease details are held
- Assisting with the rent invoicing
- Assisting with VAT registration
- Ensuring we hold correct HMRC details
- Amending details accordingly for instance - Bank accounts, direct debit collecting
- Assisting with bank account transfers
- Collating information for property insurance
Person Specification
- Computer literate
- Flexible on previous experience - Previously worked in Financial Services, Professional services, Property, Pension, Business Operational role or Finance
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to take accountability of own workload
- Willing to learn
- Team player
