Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to lead sales efforts for modular building solutions across the construction sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a set of accounts driving revenue growth, and hunting for new business within. You will be at the forefront of promoting their innovative modular building products, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector with main contractors.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing national accounts in your region by building strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the target industries.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their requirements, offering tailored modular building solutions, and addressing technical queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and keep the company's offerings competitive.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for large-scale contracts, ensuring terms are favourable and align with both customer needs and company goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and key account activities to senior management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in sales, within the hire industry, into the main construction, preferably modular buildings.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction industry, including key decision-makers, procurement processes, and project lifecycles.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals, with a customer-centric approach to selling.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
