This is an exciting role within the DIY Sector. You're responsible for maintaining and developing sales within excisting accounts as well as new business development.

You will manage and own all sales activiites in the South West, ensuring quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Description

Regional Manager (South West - DIY/Tools) - Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell a range of access solutions and safety equipment to both distribution partners and end users.
  • Physical Demonstration experience is key!
  • Support national accounts and drive increased activity in national campaigns.
  • Expand the presence of independent distributors at a local level.
  • Develop strategic action plans to identify sales targets and forecast outreach efforts.
  • Follow up and convert leads generated through field and marketing activity.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with new sales prospects and existing accounts.
  • Communicate key brand and marketing initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Analyse and report on sales activity and key performance indicators.
  • Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure sales objectives are met.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
  • Engage with internal teams, including credit control, to support smooth account management.
  • Deliver product training and support where required.
  • Participate in business-critical activities, such as new business rollouts and stock management.

Profile

The successful Regional Manager (South West - DIY/Tools) will:

  • Have previous sales/training experience particularly with Physical Demonstrations of Products, including Feature + Benefit Discussion
  • Must live within the South West and be willing to travel
  • Full, Clean, UK License required
  • Happy to travel extensively, with some overnight travel
