Senior BDM
Field-based/Remote (Nationwide)
Salary: 50K - 60K basic + commission (OTE 70K - 100K)
As a result of rapid growth, I have an exciting position for an experienced BDM to join a forward-thinking national parking tech company. They are revolutionising parking management by integrating cutting-edge technology to provide smart, sustainable solutions that benefit both users and parking operators. Their clients are high-value prospects including landlords and managing agents across a diverse range of industries, such as retail, real estate, education, hospitality and healthcare.
The ideal candidate has a strong B2B sales background in a variety of industries, ideally including the ones listed above. A proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets and an appetite for earning huge commission is essential, along with the ability to take a strategic approach to the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Self-generating, developing and maintaining a new business pipeline
- Increasing the existing client portfolio on a continuing basis
- Reaching and exceeding individual sales targets
- Cultivating relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across key industries.
- Leading the sales process from initial approach to deal closure.
- Delivering tailored solutions to clients’ unique parking management needs
Requirements:
- A strong background in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing high-value deals
- Experience selling into landlords/managing agents or industries such as such as retail, real estate, education, hospitality and healthcare
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster long-term relationships
- Strategic thinker with a drive for growth and achieving targets
