About the Role:The Advocate Group are seeking an established Shopper Marketing professional to drive strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and boost sales in retail grocery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement shopper marketing strategies across the UK & Irish markets.
- Manage relationships with retail media agencies and key retail partners.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful execution.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize spending.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years FMCG shopper marketing experience.
- Proven experience in managing 3rd party retailer media agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and budget management experience.
