We are seeking a dedicated and driven Process Excellence Lead to join our client's EMEA Sales Transformation team. This role is crucial in driving efficiency and effectiveness in sales behaviours and processes through lean six sigma.

Our company is a global FTSE 100 manufacturer. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are widely recognised for their advanced products and services. The sales team is based in South West UK and across 18 other countries globally.

Description

  • Define sales CI strategy and deliver across EMEA
  • Lead the development and implementation of sales process excellence initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise sales processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change strategies.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team in new processes and systems.
  • Identify areas of improvement and execute appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the company.

Profile

A successful Sales Process Excellence Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in sales process optimisation and transformation using lean six sigma or similar methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and matrix influencing skills
  • Knowledge in the Manufacturing industry is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of supporting TOM roll out though continuous improvement
  • Ability and rights to work in South West UK and travel internationally

Job Offer
