My client is currently looking for a Site Manager on an existing MOD base. This is a large major project for a Tier 1 Contractor.
This project has several phases and will include elements of refurbishment, re-roofing, re cladding as well as demolition, ground works and new build.
It is a mixture of commercial and residential buildings; this project goes through to the back end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- managing Subcontractors
- daily site inspections
- Quality Control
- Coordination meetings with subbies & trades
- Snagging
- Handover of different phases of work
You will be reporting into the Project Manager on site and working alongside several other Managers. This is a long-term project.
Requirements:
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* First Aid
