About the Role

My client, a well-established and highly regarded office interior fit-out specialist, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex office fit-out projects across various sectors, including education, pharma, legal, utilities, media, and corporate offices. If you have a strong background in interior fit-outs and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead pre-contract planning, procurement, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage multiple projects (5-6 at a time) across diverse industries.
  • Handle budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for each project.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced Project Managers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing office interior fit-out projects in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of UK fit-out industry standards and building regulations.
  • Background in office interiors and mechanical aspects of fit-outs.
  • Ability to read CAD files and work proficiently with Microsoft Project.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to handle projects across different industries.
