Quality Assurance: Oversee internal quality assurance for Early Years Apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with ESFA regulations and Ofsted’s Education Inspection Framework.?? Assessment & Standardisation: Conduct observations, lead standardisation meetings, and provide constructive feedback to tutors to enhance teaching quality.?? Tutor Development: Support tutor CPD, provide induction training, and ensure continuous professional development.?? Data & Reporting: Monitor programme performance, analyse trends, and contribute to self-assessment and quality improvement plans.??
