Morgan Philips is in search of an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Specialist to join a great client of ours on a 6-month FTC with immediate start. This role will focus on managing a collective consultation, and leading projects that enhance workplace dynamics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. One day per week is required in the office based in Wiltshire.

Suitable candidates must have recent experience in collective consultation processes, with a proven ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics. Advanced project management skills, with the ability to initiate, plan, and execute projects effectively while managing timelines and budgets. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage sensitive information and documentation accurately. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport at all organizational levels. You must also be comfortable working in a very manual environment with no HR Systems.
