  • Develop and grow a broker and introducer network across the South West and Midlands
  • Act as a brand ambassador—representing the bank’s bridging proposition with credibility and confidence
  • Source new business opportunities and provide tailored lending solutions to property professionals
  • Maintain and expand existing relationships to maximise repeat and referral business
  • Work closely with underwriting, credit, and operations to ensure smooth deal progression
  • Stay ahead of market trends and evolving regulations
  • Contribute feedback to improve product development and internal processes

Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance: Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in bridging finance, ideally with a lender
  • Proven track record in business development within financial services or property lending
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, growth-led environment
  • Commercially minded and client-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Willingness to travel across the South West and Midlands region
