Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are currently partnering with a dynamic client in Bristol who is seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong business partnering experience to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Interim Finance Business PartnerLocation: BristolDay Rate: £350 - £400 per day (Via Umbrella)Hybrid Working: 50/50 splitDuration: 4-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with CFOs, Group Finance, and outsourced management teams to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of services.
• Collaborate with local market stakeholders and manage key business relationships strategically.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators
• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to provide valuable financial insights and strategic guidance
• Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, including performance reviews and market trend evaluations, providing actionable insights for decision-making
• Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on business needs

Experience & Qualifications:

• Qualified in Finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive performance.
• Adaptable and proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
