An exciting opportunity for someone to join our financial planning and analysis team. Working with fellow FP&A Manager, business partnering team and head of treasury you will form part of a formidable team providing a range of decision support and performance management services.

Description

* Working closely with the rest of the FP&A team, BI team, developers, third party providers and finance colleagues develop efficient information distribution solutions to best meet stakeholder needs * Scoping a full reporting suite for the Finance Department* Working to develop automated processes for connecting, extracting and curating data from multiple systems and data sources* Identifying the correct tool for visualising the outputs* Implementing a best practice for file sharing Finance MI both internally and externally* Challenging operational processes and offering solutions which lead to improved timeliness of required data* Acting as a reporting centre of excellence, developing and promoting reporting standards and controls for the wider finance function, including providing reporting training and support to the wider finance team* Providing high-quality financial analysis to review and challenge strategic and tactical opportunities* Supporting corporate finance initiatives, such as acquisitions, joint ventures and other structural growth opportunities* Coach, mentor and develop other members of the wider finance team * Work collaboratively with fellow team members who operate and are accountable for upstream and downstream processes to drive a culture of continual process improvement

Profile

* Excellent practical financial skills, versatility and flexibility* Significant previous experience in a senior finance role* Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills* Great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial and commercial analysis, choices, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence* A strong systems aptitude, with experience of financial reporting across multiple disciplines using different systems and sources of information* Ability of working to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities and evolving work demands without sacrificing quality or accuracy* Proven track record of financial reporting development, adaptation, and improvement, and design and application of reporting controls
