Remote Conveyancer

I am working on behalf of a national Conveyancing firm that is looking to hire a fully remote Conveyancer to its team.

You will independently manage a caseload of approximately 100 files, handling freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership transactions. 

Alongside a competitive salary and benefits package, this role offers an outstanding and highly lucrative bonus scheme of up to £15,000, with most Fee Earners averaging circa £10,000+.

You will manage a substantial caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions including new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties, until your manager deems it appropriate to increase your portfolio of cases.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience mentoring junior team members
  • Familiarity with Visual Files & Practice Manager systems
