Sanderson recruitment is currently partnered with a Financial Services business based in Wiltshire who require a Scrum Master to serve one or more Scrum teams and protect them from any distractions and removeimpediments that could prevent them from completing sprint goals. The Scrum Masterwill create an environment that is responsive to change, in which Scrum teams can be self-organising to deliver high quality product increments.
