Scope:

An exciting opportunity to join an established pharmaceutical research and development company in a contract role as a field based Account Specialist, specialisting in immunology/gastro covering the NW. Selling european leading products, across a varied portfolio this dynamic role will give you the opportunity to develop your career in a well-established, reputable company.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering monthly, quarterly and annual expected volume/sales growth and performance for territory in line with agreed goals and objectives
  • Capacity to organise and manage stakeholder meetings, training and medical education
  • Identifying, developing and maintaining disease state external experts and speakers/advocates.
  • Developing pre call objectives in line with territory strategy and brand team goals.
  • Gathering appropriate insights, gain market understanding
  • Proactively develop the required competencies in line with the competency framework
  • Having a deep understanding of the multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proactively initiating, developing, and implementing a growth plan to develop in current position and prepare for future opportunities.
  • Developing a Integrated Account Management plan for own territory with cross functional partners in line with brand strategy.
  • Responding to critical business opportunities and threats

About You:

  • Relevant industry sales experience in Gastro/immunology
  • Knowledge of Industry and local market conditions
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of customer/disease area requirements.
  • Action planning & Budget management
