Recently partnered with a leading national training organisation, they now support over 12,000 learners annually and continue to expand their impact across the UK.Key Responsibilities of the Training Data Analyst Coach:• Guide and support apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring progress and successful completion of Apprenticeship Standards.• Work with employers and apprentices to plan and deliver on-programme and end-point assessments.• Conduct coaching sessions, both remotely and in person, adapting to individual learning needs.• Track apprentice progress through e-portfolio systems, providing feedback and preparing them for assessments.• Embed key skills such as Maths, English, and essential safeguarding topics into training.• Maintain up-to-date curriculum content, creating an engaging learning environment.Requirements for the Training Data Analyst Coach:• Extensive work experience in a data-related role.• Strong background in supporting and coaching apprentices.• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.• Relevant data qualifications (ideally at degree level).• Coaching qualifications such as A1, PTLLS, or a willingness to work towards one.• Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and Ofsted requirements.If you are passionate about supporting learners and have experience in data analysis and coaching, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a difference.
