Frazer Jones is delighted to be working on an exclusive role for a Group Head of People based in Wiltshire.

This is a fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months, working for a dynamic, high growth SME business.

Salary range is £75'000 - £85'000 + competitive benefits, hybrid working is offered

This is a critical leadership role, overseeing the People function across a global footprint, including North America, the UK & EU, and APAC.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the People strategy, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the organisation is set up for continued success. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy balancing strategic leadership with operational execution, this is an ideal role for you.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and implement a global People strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted Business Partner to the CEO & executive team, providing guidance on talent management, leadership development, and workforce planning.
  • Spearhead and oversee all cyclical activities, annual bonus reviews, performance cycles, benefits renewal's
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and people-first culture.
  • Lead the social agenda and actions at the ESG committee with the board
  • Utilise and further develop HR metrics
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws across multiple regions.
  • Manage organisational change, including M&A integration and transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop a small but high-impact People team.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in a senior People leadership role within an SME.
  • Strong experience leading HR functions across multiple regions.
  • CIPD Chartered status (or equivalent) preferred.
  • A hands-on leader who can operate strategically while remaining engaged in day-to-day HR operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A commercially minded, data-driven approach to People strategy.
