- Manage technical cases with care, keeping clients informed and satisfied with progress updates.

- Experience and knowledge across the windows stack which includes Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, Windows Servers (2019 & 2022), Microsoft Exchange Server (2019)

- Strong writing skills and the ability to relay complex information clearly.
