My client is a leading Life Insurance business. They are looking for an experienced Customer Propositions professional to support the Protection and Employee Benefits product lines.
This is a day-rate contract opportunity with scope for extension or potential to convert to permanent.
Duration: 3-6 months
Start: ASAP - ideal start date March, or within 1 month from offer.
Location: Home working. Office attendance (South West) would be viewed favourably.
Daily Rate: Market rates (expectations £400-650/day depending on experience)
The role:
The Propositions contractor will help the implementation of the UK propositions plan for Protection and Employee Benefits. Responsibilities range from initial concept through to market launch, ensuring compliance with business objectives and customer needs. You'll collaborate with multiple teams.
Required Experience:
- Solid experience as a senior product manager or proposition manager, within Life insurance or reinsurance.
- Good knowledge of the UK protection and employee benefits market.
- Educated to degree level. Financial Services qualification would be beneficial.
