Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts
  • Advising on company reorganisations, refinancings, and acquisitions
  • Collaborating with senior partners to manage client relationships and drive business development
  • Assisting with dispute resolution as it pertains to corporate and commercial matters
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal trends and best practises

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with a passion for business development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
