Family Solicitor – Remote

A leading specialist Family Law & Childcare organisation, with office locations across the country, is looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and confident Family Solicitor to join its team on a fully remote basis.

This is a truly fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that specialises in providing support and advocacy services on behalf of children, young people and vulnerable adults. 

About You:

  • You will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally circa 2 years’ PQE, all levels welcome to apply) and have a background in Family Law and/or Childcare/Children matters
  • You will work alongside a broader specialist team representing young people and vulnerable adults, conducting and/or defending proceedings in court/tribunals and instructing counsel as appropriate
  • You will be confident working with minimal supervision
  • You will have a detailed working knowledge of The Children Act & other legislation and be confident representing clients in family proceedings
