What's in it for you?

You will receive a competitive salary, bonuses, all the necessary equipment, generous holiday, flexible, remote working and chances to progress your career.

The role:

Your caseload will focus on the LRHUDA 1993, helping leaseholders take control of what can often be a daunting process: lease extensions and collective enfranchisement claims.

This role is a departure from the traditional law firm – you’ll be based in the comfort of your own home. They do not work on 6-minute billing and concentrate on working collaboratively as a team to deliver excellent customer service for each client and case.

Your role will include not only joining the close-knit legal team, but working closely with the valuation and project management elements of the business.

Your legal duties will include but are not limited to:

- Making applications to the First Tier Tribunal

- Reviewing leasehold and freehold titles in preparation for notice serving

- Drafting section 13 and section 42 notices, to initiate the claim

- Preparing participation agreements

You:

We are inviting applications from qualified solicitors or legal executives with experience in lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement. NQs upwards are welcome to apply.

The firm has a presence in London and regularly congregates there, but you can be based anywhere in England or Wales.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a unique, ambitious company and continue developing your specialism, within the in-demand niche of leasehold enfranchisement.
