Business Change Manager (SC Cleared)

We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join a leading organisation based in the UK. As a Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for driving, managing and embeddingchange across our business and IT operations whilst ensuring compliance with security protocols. You will work closely with key stakeholders to manage business transformation, process improvements and ensure the smooth adoption of change within the organisation.

Rate - £600.00 per day inside ir35

Location - Wiltshire - twice a week onsite

Duration - 6-12 Months

Clearance - sc cleared

The Role

  • Change Management Leadership - Lead and manage the end to end change management process, including planning, executing and embedding change initiatives across the business
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, frameworks and methodologies to ensure successful and sustainable change
  • Ensure changed are aligned with organisational goals and security requirements, minimising disruption and maximising business value
  • Collaborate with senior IT leadership
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective buy in and smooth adoption of change initiatives
  • Act as the central point of contact for all change related activities

Key Skills

  • Active and Valid SC Clearance - Due to the client timeframes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of organisation
  • Proven experience in managing large scale business change initiatives
  • Previous experiences working within the government and defence industry
  • Proactive solution orientated mindset with the ability to manage multiple concurrent change initiatives
