While it has offices nationwide, this role is fully remote, offering the freedom to work from home while still being part of a well-established and reputable firm.
The Role:
As a Remote Residential Conveyancer, you will handle your own caseload of approximately 75 files, focusing on the middle part of the conveyancing process. The legal support team will handle the file setup and post-completion, allowing you to concentrate solely on the core transaction.
Leasehold and Title Checking experience is essential for this role.
About You:
- You must be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with over 5 years of experience, or possess significant experience in residential conveyancing without formal qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Leasehold and Title Checking is crucial
- You should be tech-savvy and able to manage your own caseload independently with minimal supervision
