We are thrilled to be supporting a well-established firm who are keen to employ a driven and meticulous individual to join their IP team as a IP Records Administrator based in the South West England office. The role would suit an experienced administrator from a professional service background who is keen to further their career and thrive within an Intellectual Property environment. Holding experience within IP is not a necessity as full training will be provided, however this would be looked upon favourably. Having a strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office will see you thrive as well as being able to prioritise your workloads accordingly.

The role will include but is not limited to

  • Updating the case management system.
  • Providing support to the Attorneys, Paralegals, and other members of the firm.
  • Preparing client correspondence
  • Providing assistance with new client onboarding
