- Manage sales orders, liaising with customers, suppliers, and the warehouse
- Track and release backorders and provide accurate shipment documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Monitor demand planning, production schedules, and inbound stock
- Contribute to new product launches and process improvement projects
- Support internal and external audits, update item master data, and report logistics costs
- 3–4 years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, or stock management
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset (internal/external)
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
