Job Title: Supply Chain PlannerLocation: HayesType: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Planner to join a dynamic Account Management Division. This role focuses on sales order processing, operations planning, and supporting ongoing projects to improve business efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders, liaising with customers, suppliers, and the warehouse
  • Track and release backorders and provide accurate shipment documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
  • Monitor demand planning, production schedules, and inbound stock
  • Contribute to new product launches and process improvement projects
  • Support internal and external audits, update item master data, and report logistics costs
Ideal Candidate:
  • 3–4 years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, or stock management
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset (internal/external)
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
