Our client are recruiting a locum Occupational Therapist for their Reablement Service in North Somerset to support with hospital discharges and community reablement.

This role involves caseload management, assessment and goal setting to determine a reablement plan and shirt term interventions for up to 6 weeks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Familiarity with the care act, social care, manual handling, capacity assessments and assessing care and support needs will be needed to undertake this role.
