We're currently seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join our client in Calne for a 4-6 week period. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous HR experience who is looking to contribute to a busy and friendly office environment.
Due to the nature of the role we need someone immediately available for work.
About the role:As a key member of the HR team, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across a variety of HR functions. You'll need to be organised, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Assisting with HR documentation, including contracts and letters
- Responding to internal HR queries
- General administrative duties to support the wider HR function
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role
- A good all-rounder with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
This role is fully office-based in Calne and would suit someone local or with the ability to commute daily.
