Join a Leading National Conveyancing Team – Fully Home-Working Conveyancer Opportunity!

I am currently representing a top-tier national conveyancing team seeking an experienced and dedicated home-working conveyancer to join its expanding team.

As a conveyancer, you will independently manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. 

The team cover freehold, leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.

Experience in all of the above is not required as the firm have an outstanding training programme which will allow you to advance your experience in areas of residential property you have not covered. 

Competitive Salary & Exceptional Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary along with an attractive benefits package. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to earn up to £15,000 annually through a rewarding bonus scheme, with most fee earners averaging around £10,000+.

Role Overview:

In this position, you will take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential property transactions. You will manage your caseload independently, with the potential to expand as advised by your manager.

Key Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing high-volume residential conveyancing files
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Desirable:

  • Experience mentoring junior team members (but all levels are considered)
  • Familiarity with Visual Files and Practice Manager systems
