Project Surveyor - Capital Works

Panoramic Associates is partnering with a social housing provider in the Southwest to recruit a Project Surveyor who puts customers at the heart of everything they do.

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in building refurbishment design and project management within property investment. A solid understanding of health & safety regulations-including CDM, asbestos, fire, water, gas, and electrical safety-is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project and contract management for refurbishment projects, ensuring excellent service delivery.

  • Oversee programme forecasting, progress monitoring, and cost management while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Work closely with local authority planning departments to ensure statutory compliance.

  • Capture and utilise customer feedback to improve service and customer experience.

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of project data, financials, and performance reports.

  • Deliver professional surveying, design, and contract administration services to meet project objectives.
