Job Opportunity:

?? Dairy Farm Manager - Scotland - Up to £45,000 + 3 bed accommodation ??

We are seeking a dedicated Herd Manager to take a hands-on role in managing our 450-cow dairy herd. If you have experience with year-round calving and enjoy working with a skilled team, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the dairy herd, including milking through a 20/40 Delaval Parlour

- Managing cow health and reproduction with TMR feeding and Sense Hub collars for heat and health monitoring

- Carrying out AI and foot trimming as needed

- Working closely with a supportive, experienced team

Requirements:

- Proficiency in AI and foot trimming

- Strong leadership and animal husbandry skills

- Ability to work independently and ensure the highest standards of cow welfare
