Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bridgwater
Salary: 39,000 per annum

Due to continued growth and success, we are looking for a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team based in Bridgwater. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring all electrical systems, equipment, and installations are compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults across various equipment and systems.
  • Completing necessary repairs and installations in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
  • Working closely with other maintenance engineers and facilities staff to ensure smooth operation of the site.
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients.

Key Requirements:

  • City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent electrical qualification (or higher).
  • 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
