NAS Recruitment are looking for a HGV 2 driver required for a tyre recovery position based in Dunbar. This is an ongoing position and will lead to permanent employment for the suitable candidate.
This role involves the collection of used and waste tyres throughout Scotland. This is a dayshift position, Monday to Friday, typically starting at 06:00 each day. Occasional weekend shifts are available too.
Suitable candidates should have:
- A full UK driving licence (with a maximum of 6 penalty points)
- A valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- Good communication skills and a flexible attitude towards work.
Rates of pay start at 14.73 p/h (19.59 for overtime after 48 hours). Upon becoming permanent the role is salaried at 36,500+ basic. Previous experience is desired but not essential.
